Design Thinking Summit 2012 Review

In March, the Mount Vernon Institute for Innovation hosted Design Thinking Summit 2012.  We welcomed over 140 educators from around the country to join us in an innovative one-day event.  Take a look at the first of many videos that captured the day.  In addition, read about the event in a recent Atlanta Journal Constitution article as well as article highlighting Mount Vernon’s pioneering approach to DT in the Independent School Magazine published by the National Association of Independent Schools.

  1. It’s great to see a good large group like this getting exposure to the design thinking principles and, as our architect colleague puts it, hear about how this translates into education speak.

    I hope that, one day soon, we can work together at building more great practice in the South East and beyond!
